Quilter has featured regularly in FT Adviser's Financial Adviser Service Awards with a strong history of delivering five and four-star service to advisers and their clients.

This year is no different. In fact, Quilter has had a string of five-star ratings stretching back to 2014 in the investments category and, when it comes to pensions and protection, a regular history of four and five-star service dating all the way back to 1993.

During the exceptionally difficult year everyone had in 2020, advisers gave Quilter such high scores across the various categories that it was deservedly the Company of the Year.

And while no company is without its issues — it did not achieve a high star rating in 2023 in the platforms category — Quilter took this to heart, implementing a turnaround that saw it earn 'Most Improved' in the platforms category in 2024.

Advisers voting in the FT Adviser Financial Adviser Service Awards seem to be voting in line with the ordinary consumer, too.

Out of 11,800 reviews on TrustPilot, 70 per cent of consumers have given it a five-star rating, with a further 15 per cent rating it four-stars. That's an incredible 85 per cent of "excellent" and "very good" ratings across the various divisions of Quilter.
